Heart Walk Logistics Committee Kick-Off Meeting

Please join us for our first 2012 Heart Walk Logistics Committee meeting. We look forward to expanding our committee membership and welcoming new members for what we hope will be our largest Heart Walk ever. Members of the Logistic Committee facilitate the execution of the overall flow of the event to include coordination of booths, vendors, decorations/ambiance, audio/visual, registration, speakers, parking, signage, and entertainment, etc. They also serve as the lead for day of event set-up and implementation. We will plan on meeting monthly and then weekly as the event nears. Heart Walk will be held Saturday, October 13th, 2012.
